Instructions

  1. Rub the duck with salt, pepper and paprika. Cut the 2 apples and one half of the orange with the peel into pieces. Fill the duck with the sliced apples and oranges. They also add raisins, mugwort and almonds. Then they put the stuffed duck in the oven (180 ° C).
