- Cut the duck breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the soy sauce with grated garlic cloves, lemongrass, honey, fruit vinegar, salt and pepper and marinate the duck in it for at least an hour.
- Heat soybean oil in a wok and fry the duck pieces in it.
- Pour the stock with rice wine and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the mushrooms into strips, slice the leek and add to the meat with the peanuts.
- Season to taste with five-spice powder as well as pepper and salt.
- Rice or wok noodles go well with it.
