First mix the eggs, wheat bran, corn flour, sesame seeds, salt and pepper in a bowl with a whisk. If you want to add the ham cubes, fry them, deglaze with a dash of water and then add. Now stir in the quark, which results in a mushy mass. Only then add the baking soda and stir in, as it reacts very quickly and can thus develop its maximum effect. Finally, the oat bran flakes are gradually stirred in. You can do this with a whisk at first, but towards the end only with a large spoon, as the dough becomes extremely tough and sticky.
Finally put the dough in a small loaf pan, I use a silicone mold, and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 45 - 50 minutes.
