• 250 g tomato (s), peeled, pitted and diced

• 125 ml vinegar, (red wine vinegar)
• 250 g suar, brown

Instructions

1. Sauté the vegetables, season and then cook with vinegar and sugar for 5 minutes while stirring. Depending on the desired consistency, carefully make creamy with the hand blender. Then add the preserving aid. Bring to the boil again and pour into prepared twist-off glasses.
2. Spices should be added according to taste.
