Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber, cut in half, remove the seeds with a small spoon and then cut into ½ cm pieces. Also cut the cucumber pieces and the peeled apple into small pieces. Mix everything together and season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper and add the dill. Then add yoghurt and crème fraîche and mix together. Let stand a little cool before serving.
