Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, salt, vanilla sugar and sugar until thick and creamy. Mix in 200 g of flour and milk alternately in portions. Let soak for about 15 minutes.
  2. Mix 50 g flour and baking powder, stir into the batter.
  3. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Pour 1 teaspoon of dough into the pan a little at a time and bake. Bake poffertjes from the rest of the batter in the same way. Take out and dust with powdered sugar.
  4. The pancakes taste best fresh out of the pan!
