Beat the eggs, salt, vanilla sugar and sugar until thick and creamy. Mix in 200 g of flour and milk alternately in portions. Let soak for about 15 minutes.
Mix 50 g flour and baking powder, stir into the batter.
Heat the oil in a coated pan. Pour 1 teaspoon of dough into the pan a little at a time and bake. Bake poffertjes from the rest of the batter in the same way. Take out and dust with powdered sugar.
