Instructions

  1. Cut turkey breast and paprika into pieces. Cut the onions into cubes. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the meat and fry. Then add the onions and fry briefly. Then add the rice and the pepper pieces, sauté briefly and deglaze with the water. Add the granulated broth and bring everything to a boil. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until the rice is soft.
  3. Then add the tomatoes and let simmer a little more. Finally, mix in the grated Gouda and serve.
