A few months ago I got to know this recipe at a charity burger sale, which is quick and easy to prepare and tastes great despite its simplicity.
Put all ingredients in a bowl, season with vegetable stock powder to taste. Mix everything well with your hands, mashing the peas and kidney beans. The result is a gray, very firm mass that can easily be shaped into a burger, meatball or meatball.
