Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into cubes, sauté in the heated oil and fill up with vegetable stock. Add the smoked pork and let it simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the kale, stir in the pearl barley and cook over a medium heat for about 40 minutes. Season the kale with salt and pepper and serve with the jacket potatoes.
