First puree the bananas or cut them into small pieces and then mash them with a fork.
Then put the 4 eggs and the banana sauce in a bowl and mix well. If you like it a little sweeter, you can now add the peanut butter. Mix.
Then heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and bake approx. 1 ladle (or any amount) of batter on both sides over medium heat to make a nice brownish pancake.
You can then use the finished pancakes neat or e.g., Eat with jam, fruit or maple syrup.
