Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix all other ingredients well together and spread over the dough.
Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough lengthways into 10-12 strips, then cut in half to make 20-24 pieces. Leave the individual strips together, i.e. do not slide them apart.
Bake on the second from the top for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese sizzles until it is golden yellow.
Then cut through the individual strips completely again with the cutter.
Can be eaten warm or cold.
Tip: make a sauce from finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, ketchup and a little pizza seasoning, heat it up briefly and serve with the cheese sticks.
