  1. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes. Roughly chop the wild garlic and put both in a saucepan. Top up with the chicken stock and simmer for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  2. Take the pot off the stove and puree everything. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. If you want, you can top with chopped wild garlic as a topping.
