Prepare the Ebly tender wheat according to the package (I prefer the swelling cooking method). Chop the bell pepper, bacon, cabanossi, tomato and onion into small cubes.
Leave the bacon in a non-stick pan and roast the cabanossi and onions in it. Then add the peppers and tomatoes and cook with them. When everything is nice and soft and overcooked, mix in the cooked Ebly tender wheat and stir.
Tip: If you want, you can mix in pieces of cheese and let it melt.
