- Cook the Ebly according to the instructions on the packet. Better not too long so that it stays nice and dente.
- Let cool down. Possibly drizzle some lemon juice over it so that it can soak up nicely.
- Dice the paprika, core the cucumber and also dice.
- Skin and dice tomatoes. Dice the sheep`s cheese.
- Mix all ingredients with the Ebly, salt (sparingly), pepper, sprinkle with oregano, season with lemon juice and olive oil.
