Instructions

  1. Peel a small piece of cucumber and peel and core the avocado. Place in a tall container and add the hard-boiled eggs. Chop everything up to the desired consistency with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper and fold in the finely chopped spring onions.
  2. A tasty spread, but also good as a sauce with pasta.
