Mix the milk with the whole eggs, egg yolk and chopped parsley. Season with salt and nutmeg.
Grease a suitable mold that fits in the crock pot with the butter and fill the milk-egg mixture into the mold. Place the mold in the CP and fill up with just enough water so that the mold does not begin to float. Set the CP to high and let the egg prick stall in two hours.
When the cooking time is over, turn the egg stick out, cut it into cubes or diamonds, place on a plate and pour hot soup or broth over it.
