Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, whisk, season with salt and pepper and then stir in the grated cheese and milk.
  2. Cut the ham into strips or small squares and fry in a little oil in a pan. Add the rest of the oil and add the eggs to the pan. While constantly stirring gently and pushing around with the surface of a fork, ensure that the liquid repeatedly comes into contact with the bottom of the pan so that the mixture stagnates evenly.
