Instructions

  1. Cut the spring onions and chives into small rings, chop the parsley ..
  2. Peel eggs. Put the egg yolks in the blitz and stir with the cream until smooth. Mix with the quark in a bowl. Cut the egg white into small cubes and set aside.
  3. Gradually stir in the oil and sour cream into the quark. Season to taste with spring onions, salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice, parsley, chives, paprika powder and tabasco sauce.
  4. Finally, add the crushed egg white. Mix well and let steep for about 30 minutes.
  5. Goes well as a dip with jacket potatoes or baked potatoes.
