Instructions

  1. Boil 1 floury potato in the skin and peel it. Keep warm in a kitchen towel.
  2. Boil 2 eggs like breakfast eggs for 4-6 minutes, quench, peel and place in the glass. Add a teaspoon of butter.
  3. Either press the potato over the egg using the potato press or rub over it with a fine grater.
  4. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with chives.
  5. If you don`t want to cook a potato for 1 person, you can do a boiled one from the day before. Then you should pour the melted butter over it.
