Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon in half, spread a thin layer of sweet mustard on each slice and fry until crispy. Fry the egg on two half slices of bacon, in a ring shape for a nice round shape, and season with pepper. As soon as the egg is almost solid, mash the yolk, place the other two halves of bacon on top and turn over. Place the slice of cheese on its upside down and wait for it to melt slightly. In the meantime, finish baking the toasties in the toaster. Finally, just put everything together.
