First the onion is cut into fine rings and fried in a pan heated with vegetable cream until golden brown. In the meantime, toast the toast dark and butter the toast slices. I use sea salt butter, which I like best. Put the vegetable cream again in a second pan and fry the two slices of salami. Place the salami on the buttered toast slices, cut the tomatoes into slices and then place on the salami. Put the processed cheese on top and bake briefly in the oven with convection until the cheese has melted slightly. In the meantime, beat the eggs into fried eggs in the still hot pan. Place the finished fried eggs on the toast slices and top with the roasted onion rings. Garnish with basil leaves, salt and pepper. Note: This recipe is suitable as a hearty breakfast, quick lunch or dinner.
