Instructions

  1. Cover a small to medium-sized pan with enough oil (sunflower, olive or other oil, depending on your taste). Let the pan get hot and then add the bacon first and sweat it slowly. Meanwhile, cut the onion into small cubes. As soon as the bacon in the pan has turned a red to dark red color (not yet brown!), Also add the onions to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes (be careful not to turn the bacon too brown).
