Instructions

  1. Mix the egg, milk and flour in a mixing bowl to form a smooth batter. Put the fat (butter or clarified butter) in a pan and let it get hot. Pour half of the batter into the pan. When the pancake is firm and golden brown on the underside, turn the pancake with a spatula and let it turn golden brown on the other side.
