Instructions

  1. Fry the eggs in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Incidentally, toast the toast and chop the herbs.
  2. Brush the finished toasts directly with butter, cover with the fried egg and cover with the parmesan. Finally, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and pour the herbs over it.
