Instructions

  1. Dice the hard-boiled eggs (this is best done in the egg slicer, slice lengthways once, then carefully turn and cut again across). Peel the apple, remove the core and also dice. Mix everything with the mustard mayonnaise (you can find the recipe in my recipes). Cut the chives into small rolls and fold in, season with salt.
