Instructions

  1. Put the cubed eggs in a bowl. Brown the onion cubes with the oil in the microwave (or in a pan) until they are translucent, then add the curry powder and sauté with the onions for a short time (very important for developing the curry aroma!). Let cool and add to the eggs.
  2. Then add the remaining solid ingredients to the eggs and mix carefully. Maybe let it sit for a few hours.
  3. Then mix the ingredients for the dressing and fold them into the salad. Oh yes, if you don`t like softened raisins, please add them just before serving.
