Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard, peel them, cut them into small pieces and puree them with the blender if you like. Chop the cucumber very finely. Mix the eggs, cucumber, herbs and mayonnaise together well and season the mixture with the cucumber stock, mustard and ketchup.
  2. You can also replace part of the mayonnaise with sour cream or yogurt!
