Whisk the eggs well with milk, salt and butter. Put in a small saucepan and heat in a water bath over low heat or better.
Stir constantly and add a little flour until it becomes creamy. Keep stirring until the mixture sets. Attention: Starts easily or turns into a pancake.
The spread is eaten on fresh bread instead of jam. It is very similar to scrambled eggs, but is looser and easier to spread.
