Instructions

  1. Mix egg white and egg in a small bowl. Salt and pepper.
  2. Fry on one side in a large non-stick pan (if possible without fat). When the top is firm, turn. On half of the omelette, first sprinkle the diced ham and then the cheese. Sprinkle with chives rolls. Fold over the other half of the omelette and fry briefly until the cheese has melted.
  3. Mixed salad goes well with it.
