Instructions

  1. First mix the water with the egg white powder and the cocoa powder, preferably with a mixer. Then stir in the four eggs and sweeten with sweetener. Don`t beat too frothy!
  2. Place in a preheated pan over medium heat initially. After approx. 3 minutes, increase the temperature a little. Turn as soon as the underside has reached the desired browning and the surface is no longer completely liquid.
  3. Fruit tastes good with it or you can coat the pancakes with quark.
