Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs with the milk and stir until frothy.
  2. In a coated pan in a little vegetable cream, sweat the finely chopped shallots with the diced ham. Put the eggs in the pan and stir evenly. Do not let the eggs overcook but leave them slightly translucent and juicy.
  3. At the very end, pour the quartered cocktail tomatoes over the egg and serve the scrambled eggs garnished with a little chives.
