  1. For 4 glasses (200 ml each), heat 600 ml milk, 8 tablespoon ground almonds, 4 tablespoon sugar and a few drops of bitter almond flavor. Spread 200 ml of egg liqueur into the glasses. Pour hot almond milk on top and stir well. If you like, you can roughly chop 6 whole almonds and sprinkle over them.
