Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy, slowly pour in the oil. Mix the flour and baking powder, stir in portions. Pour in the eggnog while stirring constantly.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Cut the length of the dough with a knife in the middle. Bake the cake in the oven for 75 minutes and cover with aluminum foil after about 50 minutes of the baking time.
Take eggnog box cake out of the oven, place on a wire rack and let cool down a little. Then carefully fall out of the mold and peel off the parchment paper.
