Put the flour with baking powder and chocolate sprinkles in a bowl and mix together. In another bowl, beat the butter with the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggnog until frothy. Add the flour mixture and stir in.
Pour the batter into the molds and put in the oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Tip: I usually decorate the muffins with either powdered sugar or chocolate icing.
