- Put the 1st layer of sour cherries in a large bowl without juice.
- Mix the 2nd layer of cream quark with 3 packs of vanilla sugar, 1 cup of cream and a good dash of eggnog and pour over the cherries.
- 3rd layer pour the rest of the egg liqueur over the mixture.
- 4th layer Whip 2 cups of cream with the vanilla sugar and spread over the egg liqueur
- Decorate the whole thing with chocolate sprinkles and leave it in the refrigerator for 24 hours - even if it`s difficult.
