• 4 cl egg liqueur
• 8 cl orange juice
• 2 cl lime juice, (freshly squeezed) - lemon juice is also possible if necessary
• 4 cl milk, cold
• 2 cl Cointreau
• Lime (s) or lemon slices for decoration
• Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Put ice cubes in the shaker and then everything except the milk. Shake well. Then add milk and shake vigorously again.
2. If you have, pour into glasses through a strainer (looks great in champagne flutes or martin glasses). Add ice cubes and decorate with a lime wedge.
