Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple pieces, collect the juice.
  2. Mix the mascarpone and quark with approx. 100 ml pineapple juice and sugar until creamy. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the mascarpone.
  3. Layer in a bowl: cream, pineapple, amarettis, eggnog, repeat layering and finally cover with cream. Scatter browned almond flakes in a pan.
