Instructions

  1. Wash and stone the plums. Beat the eggs for at least 3 minutes until foamy, then slowly pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar, the mixture should be nice and creamy. Add eggnog and butter and continue beating.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder and pudding powder, sieve over the mixture and stir everything into a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a springform pan lined with baking paper (I`ll use a size 28).
  3. For the crumble mix the flour, sugar and hazelnuts, add the butter and use the dough hook to make crumble. Place the plums close together on the dough, spread the crumble over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) for approx. 55 - 60 minutes.
