Instructions

  1. Put the egg yolks and sugar in the mixer attachment of a food processor and beat on the lowest setting until the sugar has dissolved. Then gradually add the whole sea buckthorn fruit. Now set the mixer to the highest level and pour in the cream in a thin stream. Beat until the mixture becomes frothy. Switch back and slowly add the rum. Fill into bottles and store in a cool place.
