For lovers of grilled vegetables, a simple recipe for baked eggplant with bacon. Cooking eggplant in the oven is very simple and quick. Also, eggplant with bacon can be baked on the grill, then this dish will greatly benefit in taste.
Prepare the food you need. You can turn on the oven immediately.
Wash the eggplant, dry it and cut into 1 cm thick slices. If you wish, you can cut off the tail, but it is better to leave it for beauty. Season the sliced eggplant with a little salt.
Cut the skin off the bacon and cut the bacon into thin slices. They should be about the same size as eggplant slices.
