Preheat the oven to the highest setting. Place halved aubergines pricked with a fork with the cut side down on a wire rack in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until they are soft.
Spoon out the pulp. Coarsely chop the garlic cloves and puree them with the pulp of the aubergines, the sesame paste and the olive oil. Then season the cream with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
