Instructions

  1. Cut the aubergine lengthways into thin slices. Briefly fry the slices in oil, place on kitchen paper and season with salt and pepper. Brush with pesto and sprinkle with parmesan, roll up and skewer on a kebab skewer. Let stand in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  2. Grill and you`re done.
