Instructions

  1. Cut the aubergine into oblong slices. Fry both sides in oil until they turn a little brown.
  2. In the meantime, crush the walnuts and garlic in a mortar. Add a little salt and walnut oil until you get a spreadable paste. Add a dash of vinegar (it doesn`t have to be walnut vinegar).
  3. Brush the aubergine slices with it and roll up.
  4. It is a delicious starter or a nice party bite.
