Instructions

  1. Wash the aubergine, cut into small cubes and fry in hot oil. Peel, squeeze and add the garlic. The eggplants should fry until they become mushy (add more oil or mineral water depending on your taste). Let the aubergines cool down and mix with the yoghurt and salt.
  2. Tastes particularly good with my pan-fried bread.
