Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs and cut them into slices. Drain the asparagus and cut into small pieces. Layer both ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, salt, pepper, sugar and parsley. Pour over the salad, mix and refrigerate for approx. 15 minutes.
  3. Arrange and serve on four dessert plates.
