Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs and cut them into slices. Cut the cooked asparagus into pieces about 4 cm long, cut the tomatoes into eighths. Mix all ingredients carefully in a bowl.
  2. Mix a marinade from vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, finely chopped onion and parsley and pour over the salad. Let it steep a little before serving.
