Instructions

1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs. Separate egg whites and yolks.
2. Mash the egg yolks and mix with the butter, finely chop the egg white and mix with the soft butter. Fold in cheese.
3. Possibly season with paprika powder and refrigerate the spread until consumption.
