  1. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil, add the tomatoes and spices, simmer a little, possibly thicken with a little flour or cornstarch. Add the peas and the quartered eggs, season to taste again and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  2. Rice tastes good with it.
