- Heat the oil in a large, non-stick pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the frozen spinach, deglaze with 200 ml water and cover and defrost.
- Stir in the sour cream and season with salt, pepper and chilli to taste. If you like, you can also add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Make a well in the spinach with a spoon for each egg and slide the eggs into it one at a time.
- Cover and let stand for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Heat the meat loaf / meat loaf in the oven, cut into 4 slices and serve with the spinach and eggs.
