Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the cream and bring to the boil. Then beat in the eggs one by one and carefully side by side, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and leave on the stove WITHOUT stirring until the egg white has set.
  2. It is best to serve in the pan and serve with bread as desired and possibly fresh tomato slices.
